Danisense AC Calibration Lab has now earned full ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for AC calibration services. This achievement builds on its previous ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for DC current transducer calibration up to 21 kA granted in September 2022, underscoring the company’s dedication to precision, quality, and fully traceable measurement results.
With this latest accreditation, the Danisense AC Calibration Lab can now manage an even broader range of calibration needs. It offers DC calibration from 1 A to 21 kA, as well as AC calibration at 53 Hz from 1 A to 1.2 kA for gain error and phase shift.
These capabilities cover a wide spectrum of current transducers, whether current or voltage output serving industries such as power electronics, energy, automotive, rail, and industrial manufacturing.
For AC calibration, Danisense conducts tests at 10%, 25%, 40%, 55%, 70%, 85%, and 100% of the nominal AC current. Its standard DC calibration is performed at ±10%, ±25%, ±40%, ±55%, ±70%, ±85%, and ±100% of nominal DC current.
Each report includes results with and without offset, linearity analysis, and a statement of conformity (for Danisense transducers) across all test points. The company also offers custom calibration points to match specific customer needs.
Designed with customer efficiency in mind, the calibration service has an average lead time of about 10 working days helping minimize downtime.
As a true one-stop calibration partner, Danisense can calibrate both its own and third-party AC and DC current transducers, making it easier for laboratories managing mixed equipment fleets, asserted its official press release.Â
Every calibration comes with a DANAK-accredited certificate, giving customers the assurance that all measurements meet ISO/IEC 17025 standards and maintain full traceability and quality compliance.
All calibration services can easily and quickly be booked through Danisense’s online calibration portal.
The online portal provides customers with regular online and email updates during the calibration process, calibration reports, detailed order tracking as well as an online payment function, etc.
