Manish Gangey has joined L&T Semiconductor Technologies as Head of RFIC and Modules Business.
He’s coming over from HFCL, where he was Executive President for Product Strategy for nearly three years until resigning on January 23, 2026.
In a LinkedIn post, Gangey shared his thrill about diving back into semiconductors where he started his career three decades ago.
Now with this promising startup vibe at LTSCT, L&T’s fabless chip design arm launched in late 2023.
His Strong Track Record
Gangey brings over 30 years of experience, including stints at Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio, Tejas Networks, and Synopsys. At HFCL, he drove key innovations like 5G fixed wireless access gear, leadership in unlicensed band radio, and AI-powered Wi-Fi 7 networking.
