Effective March 1, 2026, Malini Narayanamoorthi has been appointed Vice President and President of Renesas Electronics India. She previously served as India Country Manager and Vice President of MID Engineering within the Analog & Mixed Signal Product Group.
Over the past several years, Narayanamoorthi has played a key role in expanding Renesas’ presence in India by building strong customer relationships, advancing important engineering programs, and deepening collaboration with global teams.
In her new role, she will further accelerate the company’s growth, tapping into India’s fast-growing technology ecosystem, deep engineering talent, and emerging opportunities aligned with national priorities.
Renesas has also named Yvonne Liu, an experienced semiconductor executive with 26 years in the industry, as Vice President and President of Renesas Electronics China, effective March 1, 2026.
Liu brings broad experience across the semiconductor value chain, including automotive, consumer, industrial, IoT, and cybersecurity. Before joining Renesas, she held senior leadership roles at NXP Semiconductors, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Greater China Automotive, where she led cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
In her new position, Liu will oversee Renesas’ operations and strategic execution in China, strengthen engagement with customers and ecosystem partners, and drive growth in one of the world’s most innovative and strategically important technology markets.
Both Narayanamoorthi and Liu report directly to Renesas CEO Hidetoshi Shibata.
