Blue Cloud Softech Solutions announces a major alliance with ConnectM Technology Solutions to pioneer an advanced EdgeAI System-on-Chip for next-gen vehicles.

The chip will power critical components including Telematics Control Units and Vehicle Control Units, meeting global benchmarks such as ISO/SAE 21434 for cybersecurity and ISO 26262 for functional safety.

The deal outlines equal 50:50 revenue splits post-launch, with forecasts pointing to $50 million in revenue across 2026-2030, pending final contracts. BCSSL handles core architecture, design, and software layers, merging its AI expertise with ConnectM’s hardware prowess for automotive-grade reliability.
