New MoU Links Datakrew Battery Analytics with Gaadin Charging Infrastructure

THE VOLT VOTES

As electric vehicle fleets scale globally, operators face an operational disconnect where vehicle telemetry sits in one silo and charging infrastructure sits in another. Singapore based Datakrew and India based Gaadin Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to integrate their respective platforms, unifying battery health telemetry with charge point management across more than 25 international markets.

Signed at Clarke Quay in Singapore by Datakrew Founder and CEO Dr. Sumanta Bose and Gaadin Founder and CEO Sanjeev Tripathi, the collaboration bridges Datakrew’s AI driven battery analytics with GaadinAI’s energy and charging management stack.

Technical integration between the two software architectures is being led by Datakrew Co-Founder and CTO Dr. Naina Gupta and GaadinAI CTO Shubham Kumar.

Closing the Loop Between Battery Health and Charger Operations

In conventional fleet management setups, charge point operators see session energy and charger availability, while fleet managers monitor state of charge and state of health on separate dashboards. However, charging profiles directly dictate battery degradation, while cell level thermal anomalies dictate safe charging limits.

By linking the two software layers via open platform interfaces, the partnership allows charging commands to respond dynamically to real time pack conditions.

Fleet managers can adjust charging depth and frequency based on cell level voltage, current, temperature, duty cycle history, and route demand rather than relying solely on energy demand.

The unified data stream also simplifies fault isolation when charging anomalies occur, helping engineering teams determine whether an issue stems from the vehicle, the charger, or the interface between them.

Hardware Agnostic Infrastructure at Scale

Datakrew brings telemetry data gathered through its ITUS Max hardware family and processed via its OXRED analytics engine. The company currently tracks more than 10,000 connected endpoints across 35 OEMs and over 100 vehicle models, backed by more than 105 million kilometers of labeled telemetry.

GaadinAI contributes an enterprise charging stack deployed across 17 countries.

The hardware agnostic platform has managed over 1.45 million charging sessions across 7,500 stations and optimized more than 6.7 GWh of energy.

Expanding Across GCC and High Growth Markets

The partnership targets expanding joint operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the Gulf Cooperation Council region.

Rather than attempting to build duplicate full stack ecosystems, both companies will maintain independent core platforms while offering joint integration for multi brand fleets and multi vendor charging networks.

The combined offering focuses on long term fleet economics, addressing uptime, residual asset value, and battery lifecycle management as the EV industry shifts from initial infrastructure deployment into sustained operations.
