ROHM SiC Innovation For Electric Powertrain Systems

As part of the TRCDRIVE pack series, ROHM has developed four models with 2-in-1 SiC molded modules that are designed for traction inverters used in xEVs (electric cars). ROHM Innovating Electric Powertrain Systems

TRCDRIVE pack is a trademark name for ROHM SiC molded type modules designed especially for traction inverter drive applications. It minimizes size by making use of a special construction that increases the surface used for heat dissipation.

Product Lineup

TRCDRIVE pack is scheduled to be launched by March 2025 with a lineup of 12 models in different package sizes (Small / Large) and mounting patterns (TIM: heat dissipation sheet / Ag sinter).
