Baya Systems and AdoreSys have announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping semiconductor and systems companies in China and the broader Asia-Pacific region tackle increasingly complex data-movement requirements.

Under the agreement, AdoreSys will offer Baya Systems’ WeaveIP™ fabric technology and WeaverPro™ software platform alongside its ASIC design, integration and implementation services. The combined offering is designed to give customers a more streamlined route from system architecture and design through to silicon implementation.
The partnership brings together Baya’s expertise in data-movement architecture with AdoreSys’ experience in ASIC development and regional market presence. The companies say the collaboration will help customers optimize performance, power and data movement while shortening development cycles for increasingly complex SoCs and multi-die systems.
Baya’s WeaverPro™ platform allows engineers to explore and optimize system architectures at an early stage, while its WeaveIP™ portfolio provides scalable, high-performance fabric IP for implementation. By combining these technologies with AdoreSys’ design and implementation capabilities, customers can evaluate architectural options earlier and carry those decisions more efficiently into silicon.
The companies are targeting applications including AI, data centers, automotive and high-performance computing, where growing workloads and increasingly complex system architectures are placing greater demands on how data moves across chips and multi-die platforms.
Through the partnership, Baya and AdoreSys aim to provide a more integrated development path from architecture exploration and fabric selection to ASIC implementation helping semiconductor and systems companies address design complexity while accelerating the journey from concept to silicon.
