Pickering Interfaces is set to showcase its latest modular signal switching solutions for semiconductor test and verification at Microelectronics US 2026, happening April 22–23 at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas. Visitors stopping by Stand #317 will also get a first-hand look at Test System Architect, Pickering’s recently introduced graphical design tool that streamlines the design of signal switching and cabling systems.

A major gathering for the U.S. microelectronics community, Microelectronics US brings together design, R&D, and advanced manufacturing professionals.
At this year’s event, Pickering will spotlight a comprehensive lineup of semiconductor test solutions, including:
- Scalable modular switching platform: The 6-slot LXI 2U chassis (65?200) supports up to six plug?in modules, enabling easy configuration for flexible test system design.
- High-density matrix switching: The LXI reed relay matrix (65?221?011) offers a dual 128×4 configuration designed for demanding semiconductor applications.
- RF switching: The PXI RF multiplexer (40?785C?571?TE) features automatic termination, remotely mounted relays, and failsafe operation for robust performance.
- High-voltage switching: The PXI multiplexer (40?321?120?HI) supports up to 1000 VDC / 1000 VAC peak for high?voltage test environments.
- Test system design software: Test System Architect, a free online tool, lets engineers design, configure, and visualize complete signal paths cutting development time and reducing the risk of design errors.
These PXI modules will be demonstrated within an LXI/USB 4?slot modular chassis (60?105) fully compliant with LXI Standard 1.4 allowing 3U PXI switching and simulation modules to be controlled via USB or Ethernet in LXI environments.
Also on display will be innovations from Pickering’s reed relay and connectivity divisions. As always, Pickering backs its products with a three-year warranty and long-term product support, underscoring its commitment to reliability and customer confidence.
