Erez Zimerman has been named as Zooz Power’s new Chief Executive Officer. Erez is stated to hold her office on September 17, 2024.
Erez Zimerman has a remarkable career spanning hardware, software, and chemistry. He brings a lot of expertise and a track record of successfully directing IPOs and acquisitions, developing worldwide sales operations, and executing corporate turnarounds.
Before coming to ZOOZ Power, Mr. Zimerman worked in top positions at Massivit 3D, where he was the vice president of sales and marketing before taking on the job of CEO in 2019.
Erez led Massivit’s turnaround during his time there, which resulted in a $52 million capital round and a successful IPO on the TASE. With more than 50 patents, he broadened the product line, resulting in the introduction of six profitable large-scale machines and notable gains in printer and consumable sales revenue.
Under his direction, Massivit attracted exclusive clients like Disney, Toyota, and Volkswagen and had double-digit revenue growth.
Over 230 printers were deployed globally. Additionally, Mr. Zimerman got SIKA to sign a strategic co-branding agreement. In addition, Mr. Zimerman created foreign companies in several nations, all the while maintaining regulatory compliance and streamlining financial processes.
Prior to joining Massivit, Mr. Zimerman worked in a variety of positions, leading the 2D and 3D printing industries at Matan/EFI, Objet Geometries/Stratasys, Scitex Vision/HP, and Indigo. His varied leadership roles, which demonstrated his adaptability and excellent execution, included VP Business Development, Asia Pacific Sales Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Electronics Team Leader.
