This move strengthens QBit’s high-performance SoC platforms and significantly boosts its ASIC design capabilities. The partnership is expected to drive growth across Edge AI, High-Performance Computing, optical communications, and automotive markets.

Headquartered in Singapore, SinChip specializes in IC logic verification, physical design, and advanced technology adoption services. The company brings around 130 engineering professionals with years of experience in leading nodes including 3nm, 5nm, and 7nm processes. It has a solid track record in high-end ASIC development and mass production.

QBit Semiconductor, a company known for its work in intelligent image processing, precision motion control, post-quantum cryptography security, and high-precision SoC integration, has taken a major step in building its global footprint.

The company’s chips are already widely used in high-end multi-function printers, commercial imaging equipment, and related printing markets. But with demand for customized chips growing fast worldwide, QBit is now expanding its ASIC design services and pushing its core technologies into higher value application areas.

With SinChip now part of the group, QBit will operate a global R&D and technical service network across Taiwan, Japan, the United States, Singapore, and Vietnam. This strengthens its talent base and cross-regional project execution while improving international competitiveness.

QBit continues to move toward its goal of becoming a highly competitive global provider of SoC design and comprehensive ASIC solutions, backed by technical innovation, strategic partnerships, and a growing global presence.
