Qnity Electronics has appointed semiconductor finance veteran Ken Rizvi as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1.

Rizvi will take over the CFO role as the company continues to strengthen its financial leadership. Michael Goss, who has been serving as Qnity’s interim CFO, will transition to the position of Vice President, Finance and Controllership, effective the same day.
The leadership change brings Ken Rizvi’s experience in semiconductor finance to Qnity, while Goss will continue supporting the company in his new role overseeing finance and controllership.
