MediaTek is set to take center stage at Computex 2026 with a sweeping showcase of its next generation edge to cloud technologies, all aligned with the emerging Agentic AI era. Under the theme “AI Without Limits,” the company will present a broad portfolio that spans Wi Fi 8 innovations, advanced edge computing platforms, 6G and satellite connectivity, and cutting edge data center solutions.

Together, these highlights underline MediaTek’s deep R and D strength and its ambition to push AI innovation without boundaries.
Bringing Agentic AI to the Edge
In collaboration with NVIDIA, MediaTek will demonstrate the NVIDIA DGX Spark, a powerful system built on the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. With a 1 petaFLOP GPU and a 20 core CPU sharing unified LPDDR5x memory, the platform enables seamless on device deployment of large AI models.
This unlocks a new level of autonomous task orchestration, reshaping what users can expect from desktop productivity. The showcase will also feature one of the first gaming monitors powered by NVIDIA’s G SYNC Pulsar scaler chip.
MediaTek is also advancing automotive intelligence with its Dimensity AX C X1 smart cockpit platform. Designed with NVIDIA AI and gaming technologies, it supports the convergence of Agentic AI, perceptual computing, and hybrid edge cloud processing, while enabling simultaneous AI and human machine interface operations.
Notably, it is the first automotive chipset capable of supporting AAA gaming, transforming the vehicle into an intelligent system that actively understands both driver and environment.
Alongside it, the Dimensity AX MT2739 telematics platform introduces support for 3GPP Release 18 5G NR NTN satellite video calls, enabling connectivity virtually anywhere. It also integrates MediaTek Modem AI technology, which reduces call disruptions by 30 percent during challenging scenarios such as tunnels or underground parking.
Expanding High Performance Computing at the Edge
MediaTek’s showcase extends across a range of high performance applications. These include smartphone and tablet platforms capable of offline AI content generation, an e reader platform with built in meeting transcription, and Chromebook solutions optimized for AI driven productivity.
The company will also present a scaler platform designed for 5K ultra wide gaming monitors with AI powered super resolution.
In the IoT space, MediaTek will demonstrate platforms running the OpenClaw model, along with commercial drone systems, autonomous mobile robots, and solutions for industrial and retail environments.
For smart homes, the Pentonic 800 stands out as the first AI TV system on chip to support Dolby Vision 2. This enables richer picture quality through advanced image processing, content intelligence, and motion handling, with multiple TV models expected to reach the market later this year.
Building the Foundation for Cloud AI
Through its Data Center Solutions division, MediaTek is moving beyond individual components to deliver fully integrated AI infrastructure. Its offerings span custom ASICs and XPUs, advanced packaging technologies, high speed interconnects, and complete rack level systems. This will enable data centers that deliver better performance per watt and lower total cost of ownership at scale.
The company is also addressing the growing demand for higher bandwidth and silicon photonics. At Computex, MediaTek will showcase co packaged optics technology capable of reaching 400 Gbps per fiber.
In parallel, it is introducing MicroLED based interconnect technology for data centers. Already applied to active optical cables, this approach reduces power consumption by 50 percent while maintaining compatibility with existing infrastructure and delivering reliability comparable to copper.
Advancing Connectivity for the AI Era
On the connectivity front, MediaTek continues to push boundaries with its Filogic 8800, the first Wi Fi 8 chipset designed for cross generation interoperability. With an enhanced Dynamic Sub Channel Operation technology, it improves connection stability, doubles system throughput, and cuts download times in half.
Complementing this is Filogic AI, which introduces intelligent network management features such as automated diagnostics, adaptive power saving, and smart traffic scheduling. Notably, its AI Network Doctor can reduce troubleshooting time from hours to under a minute while lowering maintenance costs for operators.
The T930 5G FWA platform combines 3GPP Release 18 with Wi Fi 8, delivering a significant boost in fixed wireless performance. MediaTek continues to expand its ecosystem through partnerships with global players such as Askey, Compal, Pegatron, and Zyxel, strengthening its position in the telecom infrastructure space.
Looking ahead, MediaTek is also demonstrating two key 6G concepts. The first is a world first demonstration of 6G radio interoperability, designed to balance high speed transmission with low latency and energy efficiency.
The second is device collaborative MIMO, which allows nearby devices to combine signals and improve throughput by over 60 percent. These technologies are expected to play a critical role in enabling large scale Agentic AI interactions across devices, services, and users.
Key Comment
“By delivering diverse platforms that provide extreme computing power to devices, advancing data center technologies, and driving seamless communication, we hold a distinct advantage in Agentic AI that spans from edge to cloud,” said Joe Chen, President of MediaTek. “At such an important inflection point for the industry, we remain committed to working closely with global partners, customers, the AI ecosystem, and the semiconductor supply chain to push forward the acceleration of ubiquitous AI and further expand investments in AI infrastructure.”
