Seven Promising Startups Picked Under T-Hub Semiconductor Program

Seven promising startups were chosen by T-Hub for its most recent cohort under the Semiconductor Program. This most recent generation is expected to spur innovation in a number of important fields, such as semiconductor design, automotive and electric vehicles (EV), 5G communication, and biomedical devices.T-Hub Semiconductor Program Choose Seven Startups

The chosen startups were picked on the basis of their team strength, scaling potential, technological readiness, and compatibility with the program’s objectives to promote innovation and expansion in India’s semiconductor industry.

With notable achievements including ?40.29 crores in grants received, ?21.48 crores in investments raised, and ?19.28 crores in orders, the Semiconductor Program at AIC T-Hub has experienced great success in prior cohorts. Four semiconductor chips were successfully produced and tested out of a total of 35 pilots. These accomplishments highlight the program’s capacity to assist new businesses and propel significant advancements in the semiconductor industry.

Key Startups in This Cohort

Startups in this cohort will work on creating advanced solutions such as Analog IPs, Power Management, Wireless Systems, and Data Converters, alongside cutting-edge technologies in 5G and video analytics. Amongst the selected startups are, Edgeble AI Technologies Pvt Ltd, Xbattery Energy Private Limited, SenseHealth Technologies Private Limited, SmartKosh Technologies Pvt. Ltd,Spintronics AI Semiconductors Pvt Ltd, Manovega AI and Natural AI Private Limited

These startups will receive help over the course of the following six months through a comprehensive program framework that includes roundtables with premier semiconductor companies, technical and business workshops, simulated pitch sessions, and mentorship from top industry experts.

Additionally, they will be able to use Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) Shuttle services for rapid prototyping, which will provide them with an inexpensive, quick feedback loop for testing and confirming their semiconductor designs. They will also be able to create and test their integrated circuit (IC) prototypes for free at semiconductor foundries and assembly houses.

Industry experts from prestigious universities including CITD, STMicroelectronics, and iCreate serve as the program’s mentors, offering advice to the companies on product development, go-to-market tactics, and corporate engagement.

The long-term goal of AIC T-Hub is to create a Semiconductor Innovation Lab that will support research and development, enable teamwork, and propel advancements in semiconductor technologies. This program is in line with India’s increasing emphasis on rising to the top of the world semiconductor production and innovation rankings.

The T-Hub AIC program has advanced innovation and entrepreneurship significantly since its start. More than 205 entrepreneurs have been successfully incubated by the program, which has assisted them in realizing their visions and growing their businesses.

The commercialization of over 54 goods has fueled the expansion of numerous sectors. Additionally, the program has been crucial in helping these firms raise around ?69.09 crores in funding, which has fueled their expansion.

Furthermore, more than 97 pilots have been carried out, allowing startups to test and improve their ideas in practical settings.

The program’s emphasis on promoting innovation and safeguarding intellectual property is demonstrated by the more than 141 patent applications it has funded.
