The third edition of SHIFT FORWARD – Women Shaping Mobility kicks off on May 29, 2026, in Bengaluru, bringing together women leaders, mobility innovators, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals for meaningful conversations about the future of mobility, leadership, inclusion, and innovation.
SHIFT FORWARD 3.0 puts a spotlight on women’s growing influence across the mobility ecosystem from automotive and transportation to clean mobility, technology, manufacturing, and allied sectors.
Organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers India, Bengaluru Section, this annual event features keynote sessions, leadership conversations, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and mentoring sessions.
Building on the success of previous editions, SHIFT FORWARD 3.0 expects strong participation from senior industry leaders, women entrepreneurs, startups, technology experts, policymakers, academia, and professionals from across India.
