Littelfuse has launched the Littelfuse/C&K® TSC Series Toggle Safety Covers, designed to help prevent accidental activation of toggle switches used in critical control systems.
Unintended switch actuation can trigger unwanted equipment operation, create safety risks, and lead to costly downtime.
The TSC Series addresses these concerns with a precision spring-loaded mechanism that shields the toggle while allowing operators to open and close the cover with one hand when intentional activation is required.
The covers are designed for demanding industrial, transportation, outdoor, marine, aerospace, and military applications. Their stainless-steel faceplate features a glossy black finish, while the ABS protective cover is available in multiple colors to help identify critical functions more clearly on control panels.
Designed as a drop-in upgrade, the TSC Series fits standard 12.0 mm (15/32-inch) mounting holes and accommodates toggle switch levers up to 25 mm in height. This allows engineers to enhance control-panel safety without redesigning existing hardware.
