Bosch Limited Q1 FY 2026-27 reported revenue from operations of INR 5,842 crore (€531 million), marking a 22% increase over the same period last year. Growth was supported by stronger demand in the passenger car and off-highway segments.

Profit before tax (PBT) rose 12% year on year to INR 939 crore (€85 million) for the April-June 2026 quarter. PBT represented 16.1% of total revenue, with the improvement driven by higher sales and continued expense optimization.
Profit after tax (PAT) stood at INR 702 crore (€64 million), equivalent to 12% of revenue from operations.
Bosch Limited Q1 automotive business drives growth
Overall product sales in Bosch’s automotive segment increased 25.7% compared with the same quarter of the previous year. The company’s Power Solutions business recorded 29% growth, supported by strong demand in the automotive market.
The two-wheeler business grew 41.4%, led by higher sales of value-added electronic manufacturing services (EMS) products, increased demand from premium motorcycle platforms and steady orders from major domestic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Bosch’s mobility aftermarket business recorded 9.6% growth. The performance was supported by strategic pricing and the rollout of new schemes across key product categories, including lubricants and spark plugs.
The company’s Beyond Mobility business grew 12.6% in net sales year on year, driven primarily by strong demand for core products in the Power Tools segment.
Bosch expands mobility portfolio
The quarter also included significant strategic developments for Bosch India. The company completed the acquisition of Bosch Chassis Systems Private Limited to expand its safety and braking portfolio.
Bosch also announced a joint venture with the TSF Group, comprising Brakes India and Wheels India, to develop advanced air systems for commercial vehicles.
