R&M is taking a bold step in strengthening its product and marketing leadership. On June 15, Dr. Hannes Grubinger will step into the role of Chief Product & Marketing Officer (CPMO) and join the Executive Board. He’ll oversee the global product portfolio, strategic market segments, and corporate marketing, all under one roof.

Grubinger’s goal will be to align R&M’s go-to-market strategy tightly with its product roadmap and innovation pipeline.
Thirteen Years of RF Excellence at Huber + Suhner
Grubinger arrives with strong international product management experience. At Huber + Suhner, he spent nearly 13 years leading product management for radio frequency and microwave product, everything from cables, assemblies, and connectors to lightning protection, terminators, attenuators, and the tools that make them work.
From Microwave Research to Industry Leadership
His technical foundation is solid as Grubinger earned his doctorate in microwave technology and field theory from ETH Zurich, after completing electrical engineering and information technology studies at the Technical University of Munich.
His career spanned research and development, teaching, and project management before he joined the RF Energy Alliance board. That industry consortium paved the way for commercial semiconductor use in high-performance applications, think food processing, industrial manufacturing, and light or plasma generation.
With Grubinger’s technical depth and commercial leadership, R&M is said to position itself to drive the next wave of innovation in connectivity solutions.
