Liz Morali has been appointed head of Investor Relations at Keysight Technologies. Morali will handle engagements with Keysight‘s international investor and analyst community and facilitate the company’s strategy, performance, and long-term growth opportunities being communicated in a clear and consistent manner.
Morali most recently held the position of Vice President of Investor Relations at Applied Materials, where she oversaw the company’s worldwide IR program and provided senior leadership with advice on disclosures, capital markets activity, shareholder engagement, and earnings strategy.
She improved ties with the buy-side and sell-side community, broadened and diversified the shareholder base, and updated key IR procedures to increase efficiency, clarity, and cross-functional cooperation during her term.
Throughout her career, Liz Morali has gained a great deal of experience in overseeing huge IR programs, assisting with intricate capital markets transactions, and developing long-term investor messaging for numerous international technology businesses.
