The Owlet Dream Sight has received the first SGS Cybersecurity Mark for a baby monitor, according to SGS.
This presentation follows SGS’s initial assessment of a baby monitor under the EU Radio Equipment Directive, which enabled the device to receive the globally renowned SGS Cybersecurity Mark.
The SGS Cybersecurity Mark attests to adherence to globally accepted cybersecurity standards and relevant clauses of Articles 3.3 (d) and (e) of the European Union’s Radio Equipment Directive (RED).
Brightsight, an SGS company, assessed Dream Sight against EN 18031-1 and EN 18031-2, and SGS Fimko Oy, a Notified Body accredited by the European Commission, certified it in compliance with RED Articles 3(3)(d) and (e).
