TI Can Now Ship Analog, Embedded Processor in a Day Across Europe

Texas Instruments (TI) has announced the opening of its new, cutting-edge product distribution center west of Frankfurt in Dreieich, Germany. This new distribution center has innovative automation features and 9,000 square meters of space. Up to 7,500 orders for a variety of Texas Instruments analog and embedded processor semiconductors can be swiftly shipped around Europe per day from the new facility.TI new product distribution center in 9,000 square meters The Volt Post

The new distribution center, which is close to the Frankfurt Airport and many of TI’s industrial and automotive clients, allows for quicker product delivery throughout Europe.

Orders are prepared for shipment in 15 minutes or less thanks to the fully automated pick, pack, and ship procedure. While other European countries provide next-day delivery, customers in central Germany can anticipate same-day goods delivery.

Since 1956, TI has operated in Europe, and its new distribution center expands on the company’s current presence on the continent, which consists of more than 30 sales offices spread across 18 European nations, a semiconductor wafer plant in Freising, Germany, and research and development teams.

In its official release, the company has asserted that customers in Europe and across the globe can conveniently buy from TI and save on exchange fees with more than 20 currency options available (including euro, pound sterling, Norwegian kroner and Swiss franc) when purchasing on TI.com or through TI API suites.

Key Comments

“Our new product distribution center offers faster, more efficient, flexible and reliable service for TI’s customers in Europe to meet semiconductor demand now and in the future,” said Stefan Bruder, president of Texas Instruments Europe. “Our new center in Dreieich is the latest addition to TI’s global product distribution network which, combined with our convenient purchasing options, provides an improved customer experience from product selection to shipment.”
