Metis’ portfolio includes the Cell Guard battery safety sensor, H Guard hydrogen sensor, Air Wise air quality monitor, plus modules like the Analogue to Digital CAN converter, 8-Channel Isolated Thermocouple, GPS CAN sensor, and various R&D tools and connection kits all built for seamless CAN network integration.

The flagship Cell Guard has already seen over 500 deployments in electric vehicles, energy storage, and industrial setups, spotting early signs of thermal runaway like pressure spikes, VOCs, moisture, dew point, hydrogen, and shock before things turn critical.

Teaming up with Miken, a company with deep roots in defense and aerospace procurement, NATO-coded components, and a proven track record in high-spec mission-critical electronics is a big step for Metis.

Miken Electronics Worldwide expertise opens doors to electrified ground vehicles, UAVs, naval systems, and next-gen aerospace programs, where real-time monitoring of battery health, hydrogen, and air quality is becoming essential.

Based in West Sussex, UK, Miken operates under ISO 9001:2015 standards and adheres strictly to international export controls and traceability requirements, ensuring the supply chain reliability that these industries demand.
