There, the company will display its MV MOSFET solutions for server and data center power supply units, high-performance computing systems, and industrial power applications.

With AI workloads exploding and data center power consumption climbing, designers now need better efficiency, higher power density, and smarter thermal management more than ever.

Market research firm Omdia puts the stakes in perspective. The global power discrete semiconductor market for computing and data storage is projected to grow from about $2.3 billion in 2025 to $3.0 billion in 2029, a 7.4 percent compound annual growth rate.

Magnachip‘s MV MOSFET family tackles these demands head on. Built on advanced Shielded-Gate Trench technology, the portfolio delivers improved current density and switching performance while handling the heat and density requirements of modern power designs.

The products fit synchronous rectification stages in server and HPC power supplies, industrial power systems, and solar inverters.

Beyond MV MOSFETs, Magnachip will also showcase its full power semiconductor lineup, including LV MOSFETs, Super Junction MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC devices, and Power ICs.

These support key applications across automotive and industrial sectors, from EV traction inverters and on-board chargers to DC-DC converters, solar, energy storage systems, motor control, and industrial automation.
