Analog Devices has closed its acquisition of Empower Semiconductor, folding the startup’s power delivery technology into ADI’s portfolio.
With the deal complete, ADI positions itself as a stronger, system level “grid to core” power partner across the AI ecosystem, widening its addressable market and deepening its capabilities in high density power delivery for AI compute.
