MiPhi Semiconductors has officially named Nupur Shrivastava as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. This strategic appointment comes at a pivotal time as the technology enterprise looks to scale its operations and build robust organisational capabilities across India.
With a rich background spanning over two decades in the human resources sector, Nupur Shrivastava brings deep expertise to her new role.
Her professional journey features significant leadership stints at leading global technology firms including Intel, Arm, Nokia and Honeywell. Before stepping into her current position at MiPhi, she served as Head of People and HR Senior Director for Intel India and the broader APAC region.
During her time at Intel, which began in 2019, she successfully guided people strategies across more than ten countries. Her leadership supported critical business functions spanning engineering, product development, foundry operations, sales and corporate management.
Her extensive resume also highlights a prominent tenure at Arm. There she led the HR function for India before taking on global responsibilities for diversity and inclusion. Earlier in her career, she supported research and development teams at Nokia in Bengaluru and worked with Honeywell Technologies. She initially began her professional journey with Titan Industries before moving to Harita TVS Technologies.
At MiPhi Semiconductors, Shrivastava will take charge of shaping the company people and organisational strategy. Her core mandate includes developing leadership capabilities, improving talent acquisition, fostering career development and building a strong corporate culture. These concerted efforts will directly support workforce expansion as the company scales its domestic operations.
MiPhi Semiconductors operates as a joint venture between Micromax Informatics and Taiwan based Phison Electronics. The enterprise specialises in semiconductor memory and storage technologies. It develops advanced products designed for enterprise use, consumer electronics, artificial intelligence and security applications. A major part of the company vision involves establishing integrated circuit design and manufacturing capabilities within India.
