Panasonic Industry is set to showcase its latest solutions for heat pump, refrigeration and HVACR applications at Chillventa, the world’s leading exhibition for refrigeration technology, taking place from October 13 to 15 in Nuremberg, Germany.

At Hall 7, Booth 337, Panasonic Industry will present a range of technologies designed to help manufacturers develop more efficient, reliable and energy-saving heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. Visitors will also have an opportunity to meet Panasonic’s technical experts and discuss the requirements of their latest designs and product development projects.
A key focus of the company’s presence will be its expanding compressor portfolio, including a new generation of rotary compressors designed to operate with R290, CO? and selected HFO refrigerants. Panasonic Industry will also showcase a new range of scroll compressors aimed at addressing a broader set of HVACR applications.
The portfolio reflects the industry’s move toward refrigerants with lower global warming potential and evolving regulatory requirements. Compressors supporting R290, CO? and selected HFO refrigerants are intended to give equipment manufacturers greater flexibility as they adapt to the EU F-gas Regulation and the transition toward alternative refrigerants.
Panasonic Industry will also highlight its PY-125 pump, which combines a compact and lightweight design with high output performance. Its low-vibration operation is aimed at helping manufacturers develop quieter equipment while making more efficient use of available space.
The company’s fan motor portfolio will feature the AR-T for chillers and AR-9HS for heat pump applications. Both are positioned as cost-effective, high-performance solutions for heating and cooling equipment.
Another highlight will be the whisperTECH450 and whisperTECH860 fans from SIT, an Italian HVAC technology manufacturer. Powered by Panasonic Industry’s internal rotor motor, the fans are built around a flexible platform architecture that can be adapted to different equipment requirements.
Beyond individual components, Panasonic Industry will demonstrate how its portfolio of compressors, pumps and fan motors can support the development of more energy-efficient heating, cooling and refrigeration systems. The technologies can also help equipment manufacturers address applicable Ecodesign performance requirements by improving overall system efficiency.
With regulatory pressure and demand for more sustainable HVACR systems continuing to grow, Chillventa will provide the company with an opportunity to demonstrate how its component technologies can help manufacturers respond to changing refrigerant requirements while balancing efficiency, performance, noise and system design constraints.
Leadership Comment
Davide Ripani, Sales Manager Industry & Infrastructure at Panasonic Industry Europe comments, “The performance of any heating or cooling system depends on the quality and compatibility of its core components. By offering compressors, fan motors and pumps from a single trusted partner, we make it easier for customers to select reliable, energy-efficient solutions for their next-generation systems. At Chillventa, we look forward to discussing their design requirements and exploring how our component portfolio can support their development goals.”
