Silanna’s devices are pin-for-pin compatible with industry-standard components from major global analog IC suppliers. They are designed to deliver comparable or improved performance while offering potential cost savings of up to 30%.

The products are built on Silanna’s proprietary Plural™ architecture, which allows multiple devices to be developed from a common chip platform. This approach can help reduce design costs and accelerate the development and launch of optimized chips.

It can also help customers manage supply chain challenges by reducing their exposure to shortages, product obsolescence and component bottlenecks.

Leadership Comments

Says John Bowman, Anglia’s Marketing Director: “These high quality, cost-effective ADCs are the latest addition to Anglia’s burgeoning linecard of analog parts. We have been designing in similar parts for many years and have invested in stock and FAEs to support the market. So, we know there will be a big demand when customers learn about the performance and incredible pricing of these value-disruptive products.”

Explains Patrick Moore, Vice President, Global Sales & Apps, Silanna Semiconductor: “It’s great to have such a knowledgeable distribution partner as Anglia as part of our supply chain. They offer very innovative services and so do we: recently, for example, we announced a two-year price freeze on our parts – place a production order today and we’ll hold that price for two years. We’ve done this to counter the huge price hikes that the leading names in the analog IC world are enforcing. In this way we are providing stability for our customers in this challenging market.”
