The Right Leader to Scale ALD
Dr. Jason Harrison brings battle-tested expertise from the semiconductor world. With a Ph.D. in Quantum Chemistry, he’s held senior roles at Intel, Lam Research, Veeco, and Applied Materials, spanning R&D, new product launches, global accounts, and business units.
That mix of deep tech know-how and sharp business instincts makes him ideal to ramp up Beneq’s global sales and execution.
Under Jason’s watch, expect faster moves across the product lineup, tighter customer ties in North America, Asia, and Europe, and steady R&D investment to bridge innovation and high-volume production driving real value for customers, team, and investors.
