For BITSILICA, the acquisition unlocks access to Quest Global’s 25-plus years of deep engineering expertise and global delivery network.

BITSILICA’s diverse service offering sits squarely on the pre-silicon and embedded?software stack, with a strong focus on quality-driven IP, subsystem, and SoC design, along with design verification and physical design for the semiconductor space.

These capabilities mesh with Quest Global’s existing engineering-solutions practice, giving the combined group a sharper edge in complex, end-to-end semiconductor projects.

Founded in 2019, BITSILICA has built expertise across ASIC design, design verification, physical design, DFT, and embedded software. With more than 500 engineers spread across India (Bangalore and Hyderabad), Singapore, and Malaysia, the company already serves leading global semiconductor and high-tech firms in mobile, compute, FPGA, wireless, memory, AI, and IoT.

A significant share of its team specializes in design verification, including functional and formal verification, gate-level simulations, power?aware verification, emulation, and validation.

That capability will bolster Quest Global’s ability to tackle the most demanding engineering problems particularly for automotive-focused semiconductor clients where verification rigor can make or break a tape-out.

Quest Global’s acquisition of BITSILICA marks a clear step toward leadership in the semiconductor-services market.

It reflects a shared commitment to innovation, uncompromising quality, and customer success, while setting the stage for scaled operations and deeper domain-specific expertise as the industry moves toward more complex, AI-driven, and connected designs.
