Littelfuse has introduced the CPC1343G OptoMOS Solid-State Relay, a compact, normally open (1-Form-A) device built for reliable switching performance in tough industrial, medical, and instrumentation environments.

Powered by the company’s proven OptoMOS technology, the CPC1343G delivers a 900 mA continuous load current and 60 V blocking voltage, all within a space-saving 4-pin package. It also provides reinforced 5,000 VRMS input-to-output isolation to meet the strict safety and compliance standards these applications demand.

With fast switching times just 4 ms turn-on and 1 ms turn-off the relay allows precise control in modern electronic systems. A low 3 mA maximum LED drive current ensures seamless compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic, eliminating the need for extra interface circuitry.

Designed to handle harsh operating conditions, the CPC1343G supports an extended temperature range from –40 °C to +105 °C, outperforming many competing SSRs that typically max out at +85 °C. Its solid-state design eliminates mechanical wear, offering silent operation and long-term reliability where electromechanical relays often fall short.

Optimized for safety, efficiency, and space-constrained designs, the CPC1343G features a maximum on-resistance of just 0.8 ?, reducing power loss and improving thermal performance at higher currents. Available in both through-hole (DIP-4) and surface-mount versions, it simplifies PCB layout and integration for varied manufacturing needs.

By combining high load capability, reinforced isolation, and compact design, the CPC1343G strengthens the Littelfuse OptoMOS portfolio giving designers a compliance-ready, high-performance switching solution for next-generation electronic systems.

Leadership Comment

“With the launch of the CPC1343G, we’re giving our customers a high-performance solid-state relay that combines reinforced isolation, fast switching, and extended temperature capability,” said Dr. Hugo Guzman, Product Marketing Manager at Littelfuse. “This solution addresses critical reliability and safety challenges in space-constrained designs, helping engineers reduce maintenance, improve system robustness, and accelerate time to market.”
