A new version of MIKROE powerful NECTO Multi-Architectural IDE offers direct AI support for developing embedded code or reviewing complex functions with just a mouse click. NECTO AI Code Assistant, which is integrated into the code editor, allows users to: fix selected code; ask questions about the selected board or MCU and receive hardware-specific answers; set up; automatically generate comments and documentation inline, accelerating development workflow; and comprehend any block of code—a perfect function for debugging, onboarding, or knowledge sharing.

Visual AI Code Prompt, a feature of NECTO Studio 7.4.0, generates complex embedded code on real hardware with 99% accuracy and delivers it straight into the editor, reducing errors and time.

With increased support for modern language standards including C++20 and C23, multiple bug improvements, and enhanced reliability in code generation and optimization, NECTO Studio now supports the most recent GCC for ARM version 14.2.
