High-reliability passive electrical component specialist Exxelia announces its maiden appearance at Electronica India, which will be held from September 17–19, 2025, in the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Hall 2-Stall G27.

Exxelia plans to showcase its military and aerospace products, Alcon Electronics power capacitors, and SVM magnetics and busbars, all of which are becoming more and more well-known in the Indian electronics industry.
Key offerings to be highlighted include:
Alcon Electronics aluminum electrolytic and power film capacitors:Â Designed for demanding applications such as rail traction, induction heating, wireless power transfer (IPT/WPT), and medical imaging systems including MRI, CT scanners, and defibrillators. These capacitors include IGBT snubbers, power, DC-link film capacitors as well as high-CV screw-terminal aluminum electrolytic capacitors developed for high-power, high-frequency environments.
SVM Magnetics & bus bars: Exxelia’s SVM brand is recognized for its magnetics dedicated to medical imaging applications, where it designs and manufactures high-performance transformers and inductors for MRI, CT and X-Ray equipment.
Its portfolio includes high-frequency transformers (20–50 kHz, up to 120 kW, 1–2 kV) for MRI power supplies, linear power transformers up to 20 kVA for distribution units, and (coupled) inductors (up to 500A and 100 kHz) for power amplifiers.
These products are complemented by high-level sub-assemblies combining transformers
and inductors in integrated racks. SVM maintains in-house expertise in litz wire production, epoxy resin vacuum casting, precision machining, and custom bobbin design, ensuring reliability for applications in MRI power supplies, CT high-voltage tanks, and X-Ray beam focusing systems.
SVM produces bus bars in addition to its magnetic solutions. These include laminated, powder-coated, and molded designs, with maximum dimensions of 1200 × 600 mm, insulation options like PET or Nomex, and conductor materials made of copper or aluminum (up to 5 mm thick). These bus bars, which are UL94 and RoHS compliant and rated for voltages up to 3.5 kV, are utilized in power electronic architectures in industrial, medical, and renewable energy applications.
The quality certifications that Exxelia offers for these solutions include ISO 9001, EN 9100 (aerospace), ISO 14001 (environment), IEC 60601-1, and UL standards that apply to medical equipment. Engineers and procurement specialists working on high-reliability passive components will find the products specifically designed to meet their needs.
Exxelia’s dedication to growing in the Indian market is demonstrated by this maiden presentation at Electronica India, which also reaffirms the company’s support for regional industries through a combination of catalog and custom solutions supported by engineering assistance and vertical integration.
