Rapidise Technology, a newly launched joint venture between Napino Tech Ventures and Teksun Microsys, has begun manufacturing AI and IoT products in India with an ambitious goal to reshape the design, engineering, and large-scale production of AI-enabled connected devices.Rapidise Technology AI and IoT products in India

Supported by an initial seed funding of $4 million, Rapidise is positioned as a comprehensive original design manufacturer (ODM) catering to startups, small and medium businesses, and larger enterprises specializing in AI-powered products.

Unlike traditional manufacturers, Rapidise Technology offers end-to-end solutions covering product design, prototyping, certification, and complete lifecycle management, freeing customers to focus on branding and go-to-market strategies.

At the core of Rapidise’s value proposition is the integration of Teksun Microsys’s product design and engineering expertise with Napino’s robust electronics manufacturing capabilities in India.

This vertical integration enables rapid innovation and scalable production across critical sectors, including automotive, healthcare, industrial automation, and consumer electronics.

The company’s capabilities are exemplified by over one million smart IoT devices already delivered and more than $81 million in booked orders spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The company operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities featuring fully automated Japanese SMT lines within Class 7 cleanrooms, camera module production under Class 6 cleanroom conditions, advanced AI-driven PCB assembly lines, and comprehensive box-build assembly infrastructure.

This allows Rapidise to produce complex electronics such as IoT modules and gateways, various camera devices including dash and body-worn cameras, 5G-enabled surveillance systems, automotive edge AI devices, infotainment hardware, smart TVs, mobile devices, and smart instruments for agriculture, fintech, utilities, and Industry 4.0 applications.

Rapidise boasts a dedicated R&D team of more than 300 engineers and modular, production-ready platforms that significantly reduce engineering risks and shorten time to market for custom IoT, AI, and connected devices.

According to Ashish Chinthal, Chief Business Officer at Rapidise, the company is revolutionizing how devices are brought to market by providing a self-service platform that offers instant quotations for engineering and manufacturing. This platform enables on-demand ODM services that are faster, more accessible, and provide full transparency—an important innovation for the ecosystem.

The company is further strengthening its offerings through collaborations with key semiconductor and connectivity companies like Qualcomm, with whom it is co-developing AI-ready connected products. Manmeet Singh, Senior Director for Qualcomm in India, praised the partnership as a prime example of India-led co-innovation accelerating scalable AI innovation at the intelligent edge globally.

This statement underscores the venture’s strategic approach that leverages both deep engineering know-how and advanced manufacturing infrastructure to foster rapid technological advancements and support high-volume production efficiently.

In summary, Rapidise Technology’s launch marks a significant milestone in India’s IoT and AI manufacturing landscape. Its integrated approach to original design manufacturing—combining design, engineering, and high-volume production capabilities—positions it as a key enabler for innovation and scalability in the AIoT space.

By addressing the entire product lifecycle and partnering with global technology leaders, Rapidise is set to empower the next wave of intelligent, connected devices engineered and made in Indiam with new AI and IoT products in India.

This joint venture manufacturing AI and IoT products in India not only exemplifies the growing industrial and technological self-reliance in India but also reflects a forward-looking vision to place India as a global hub for AI-enabled connected product manufacturing and innovation.Rapidise Technology AI and IoT products in India
