Over the past year, DigiKey has added over 500 new suppliers to its core business, DigiKey Marketplace, and Fulfilled by DigiKey programs, greatly expanding its range. Nearly 1,000 industry guests attended the company’s popular EDS Business Update Breakfast on Thursday, May 22. Slater spoke with DigiKey President Dave Doherty on market activities, industry trends, and DigiKey’s strategic goal.
Additionally, they discussed a number of projects in which DigiKey is utilizing the same automation and artificial intelligence technology it provides to customers in order to advance and enhance its own customer support and productivity.
