Pickering Interfaces is set to showcase its full range of modular signal switching and sensor simulation solutions for automotive and EV test solutions at The Battery Show Europe 2026, taking place 9–11 June at Messe Stuttgart in Germany. Head over to Stand D81 in Hall 3, where engineers can see how Pickering’s PXI, LXI, and USB platforms power scalable test systems for EV battery management, ECU testing, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation, fault insertion, signal routing, and sensor simulation.

New this time around is Test System Architect, Pickering’s free online graphical toolset recently launched to streamline test system design.
Engineers can use it to graphically design, configure, visualize, and document complete signal paths before deployment. That means faster development, fewer mistakes, and smoother collaboration across the team.
The Battery Show Europe, co-located with the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo and the Energy Storage Summit, is the continent’s leading specialist battery event.
It brings together engineers, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and innovators across the entire electrification ecosystem to shape the future of Europe’s battery, EV, and energy storage value chain.
At the show, Pickering will spotlight its automotive and EV test capabilities, including:
- Test System Architect – a free, browser-based graphical tool for designing, configuring, visualizing, and documenting complete signal paths ahead of deployment
- Real-time HIL test demo – a hybrid setup integrating third-party instrumentation with Pickering switching and simulation hardware in NI VeriStand for real-time HIL testing of EV battery management systems. The demo features PXI modules for high-voltage isolated battery simulation, multi-channel battery simulation, fault insertion switching, thermocouple simulation, and high-voltage programmable resistance
- Scalable modular LXI switching – a 6-slot LXI 2U chassis that can be configured with up to six plug-in matrix modules for flexible test system design
- Signal routing software – a Switch Path Manager demo using PXI switching and simulation modules, including Pickering’s new MEMS-based MultiGBASE-T1 fault insertion unit
- LXI/USB modular chassis – 4-slot and 6-slot LXI/USB chassis fully compliant with LXI Standard 1.4, enabling 3U PXI/PXIe switching and simulation modules to be controlled remotely over USB or Ethernet
The booth will also feature offerings from Pickering’s reed relay and connectivity divisions. And as always, every product comes with Pickering’s standard three-year warranty and guaranteed long-term support.
