LUBIS Expands Bengaluru Team to Drive Formal Verification Growth

THE VOLT VOTES

LUBIS is expanding its engineering presence in India, tapping into the country’s strong talent pool across semiconductor engineering, electronic design automation (EDA), and software.

LUBIS Expands India Engineering Team for Formal Verification The Volt Post

The company has already hired six full-time engineers in India, with another 15 candidates currently going through the selection process. LUBIS plans to grow its India-based engineering team to more than 30 professionals over the next two years through a mix of experienced industry hires and university recruitment.

The Bengaluru team marks the first step in the company’s broader international engineering expansion strategy. While increasing its engineering capacity across locations, the company says it will maintain a consistent approach to technical standards, methodology, and quality.

As the India team grows, senior LUBIS formal verification engineers will work closely with new recruits to share expertise, provide mentorship, and support the consistent use of the company’s proprietary LUBIS Proven Process for formal verification.

The expansion comes as demand increases for rigorous and predictable formal verification across the semiconductor industry. By strengthening its presence in India, the company also aims to move closer to customers and partners in the Asia-Pacific region while expanding access to specialized formal verification expertise.

The company plans to continue building its engineering organization internationally and establishing a stronger presence in key semiconductor markets.

The company says its expansion will continue to follow the same standards of consistency and quality that have supported more than 325 successful SoC, ASIC, and IP sign-off projects.

The Bengaluru team is expected to play an important role in supporting this growth while helping it scale its formal verification capabilities globally.
