Infineon Technologies AG has earned multiple honors for its investor relations work, underscoring the strength of its communication with the capital markets.

At the German Investor Relations Award, presented by DIRK, the German Investor Relations Association, Infineon’s IR team shared first place for best investor relations among all DAX 40 companies for the first time, alongside Siemens Energy AG.
The company also finished third in the categories of Best ESG Communication by a Company and Best IR Communication by a Head of IR. The latter award went to Alexander Foltin, Head of Finance, Treasury & Investor Relations, who accepted the recognition in Frankfurt together with Chief Financial Officer Dr. Sven Schneider on 30 June.
The team’s strong showing comes just two weeks after another major win at the 2026 IR Impact Awards Europe, where Infineon was named Best Overall Investor Relations in the Large Cap category. Alexander Foltin and Daniel Györy, Team Lead Investor Relations, also took the top spot together in the Best Investor Relations Officer Large Cap category.
The German Investor Relations Award is presented each year by Extel, WirtschaftsWoche and DIRK, with winners selected based on Extel’s Developed Europe Executive Team Survey. The survey gathers independent feedback from thousands of buy-side and sell-side professionals around the world on listed companies’ IR performance.
The IR Impact Awards Europe are also awarded annually and are regarded as one of the most respected recognitions in the field. They highlight excellence in financial communication and in the relationship between listed companies and the capital markets, with winners chosen through an independent survey of analysts and investors.
