Emerson Unveils Automation Solutions at Automate 2026

THE VOLT VOTES

Emerson is bringing its latest high-quality, fit-for-purpose pneumatic and electric technologies to Automate 2026, where it will showcase how these solutions enhance machine performance and help OEMs accelerate time to market. The exhibition runs June 22 to 25 in Chicago, and Emerson will be at North Hall, Booth 13054.

Emerson at Automate 2026 showcases Automation Technology The Volt Post

For OEMs building advanced robotics and automation systems, staying competitive means delivering precise, reliable performance while meeting tight production schedules. The Emerson booth features automation solutions engineered for a wide range of applications and environments.

These pneumatic and electric technologies and handling systems help OEMs optimize machine designs and improve throughput, uptime, and efficiency.

Attendees can speak with Emerson experts, watch live demonstrations, and explore highlights from the company’s comprehensive automation portfolio, including AVENTICS and Afag brands.

A ballpoint pen machine showcases Emerson’s full range of motion control components in an integrated solution. Visitors will see how the assembly machine seamlessly combines and assembles every component of a finished pen.

A hybrid motion demonstration reveals how combining servo drives, motors, electric actuators, and pneumatics lets machine builders use the strengths of both technologies. Hybrid systems give OEMs the speed and precision of electronic actuation along with the flexibility and compliance of pneumatic actuators and grippers.

An interactive product wall features a website configurator for specifying an AVENTICS Series XV valve system. With roughly 100 million possible configurations, AVENTICS Series XV pneumatic valves deliver greater range with higher flow rates for enhanced design flexibility and scalability.

The configurator lets visitors specify valve size, electronics, fieldbus protocol, pressure regulators, shut-off valves, flow modules, and pressure-supply modules. The XV03 delivers flow volumes up to 350 liters NL/min, while the XV05 reaches up to 1,000 liters NL/min.

In an interactive AVENTICS Series CERAM directional valve display, contaminant runs through the pneumatic system to demonstrate rugged performance and reliable operation in real-world conditions. Actuated by lapped ceramic plates, these ISO valves meet demanding environments and tight schedules by minimizing downtime from breakdowns and maintenance.

At the Sentronic proportional valve demonstration, visitors see how tight pneumatic control helps OEMs with complex designs like PET blow molding, automotive painting, and powder coating.

Emerson at Automate 2026 showcases Automation Technology The Volt PostAVENTICS and ASCO proportional regulators precisely control airflow, hovering a ball through the display while a proportional pressure regulator dynamically controls pressure to a rodless cylinder to show how proportional pressure control achieves specific motion profiles on pneumatic actuators.
