MXO Scopes & EMI Testing – Rohde & Schwarz at embedded world 2026

Rohde & Schwarz Showcases Complete Embedded Testing at embedded world 2026

Rohde & Schwarz Embedded Testing at embedded world 2026 The Volt Post

Embedded systems power everything from power control boards and motors to sensors and user interfaces and each component needs specialized testing to ensure reliability, performance, and fast time-to-market.

At embedded world 2026 (March 10-12, Nuremberg), Rohde & Schwarz will demonstrate its full portfolio of test solutions at booth 4-218, Hall 4, covering development, compliance, certification, and production.

Next-Gen Oscilloscopes Steal the Show

Rohde & Schwarz will highlight its MXO 3 to MXO 5 oscilloscopes, all powered by the same cutting-edge MXO-EP ASIC technology first introduced with the MXO 4.

The new compact MXO 3 packs up to eight channels with pro-level features like 99% real-time capture rate and hardware-accelerated math, spectrum, and zone triggering.

For power electronics, pair these scopes with high-voltage, current, and R&S RT-ZISO optically isolated probes.

The eight-channel MXO 3 and MXO 5 excel at analyzing complex motor drives and inverters in 18-bit HD mode, with 500 Mpts deep memory for power sequencing and fast spectrum analysis to pinpoint EMI and noise issues.

Early EMI Debugging Speeds Time-to-Market

Dense embedded designs mean EMI challenges, Rohde & Schwarz makes pre-compliance testing fast and reliable with the R&S EPL1007 EMI test receiver (up to 7.125 GHz).

This scalable solution grows from basic preselection to full CISPR 16-1-1 compliance, perfect for design teams and test houses.

Signal Integrity Made Simple

The R&S ZNB3000 vector network analyzer (up to 40 GHz, scalable to 54 GHz) redefines PCB signal integrity testing.

Its industry-leading dynamic range, lightning-fast measurement speed, and advanced de-embedding let engineers characterize fixtures, extract S-parameters, and visualize signal quality via simulated eye diagrams all with user-friendly workflows.

High-Speed Interface Testing

R&S RTP164B and R&S RTO6 oscilloscopes handle everything from DDR5, USB3.2, and 1GBASE-T Ethernet (IEEE 802.3 compliance) to emerging automotive standards like Automotive Ethernet, OpenGMSL, and ASA (Automotive SerDes Alliance).

See automated compliance, protocol decoding for 10Base-T1S, and signal integrity debugging live.

Battery Life Characterization

Watch real-time demos showing how R&S NGU source measure units emulate batteries to capture sleep-to-active current transitions, while R&S NGM202 charges/discharges cells to build accurate battery models.

Wireless Testing for Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi 8

The R&S CMP180 radio communication tester tackles Bluetooth LE Channel Sounding, High Data Throughput (HDT), and Wi-Fi 8 (IEEE 802.11bn) with dual analyzers/generators and 16 RF ports. It supports the full device lifecycle for XR, industrial IoT, and dense connectivity scenarios.

Rohde & Schwarz Embedded Testing at embedded world 2026 The Volt PostProduction-Ready Solutions

A rack-mounted demo features MXO 5C oscilloscopes and PVT360A performance vector tester for streamlined component/module/system validation maximizing throughput while ensuring quality.

Visit Rohde & Schwarz at booth 4-218, Hall 4 to experience these solutions hands-on and tackle embedded testing challenges from prototype to production. embedded world 2026: March 10-12, Nuremberg Exhibition Center.
