NXP India is kicking off Season 6 of the NXP India Tech Startup Challenge, keeping the momentum going to spark innovation and entrepreneurship across the country.

Teaming up with Startup India Hub, the Season 6 of the NXP India Tech Startup Challenge fits right into the government’s vision to supercharge India’s startup scene fostering fresh ideas, builder spirit, and a competitive edge on the world stage.
It’s all about giving tech startups global spotlight, strong networks, incubation support, mentorship, and real international exposure.
The Top 10 tech startups will get equity-free incubation from powerhouses like Electropreneur Park (ESDM Incubator), SFAL (Semiconductor Fabless Acceleration Lab), FabCi at IIT Hyderabad, and INCeNSE at IISc Bengaluru. Plus, the Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) – a U.S.-based nonprofit will hand out a special “Excellence in Applied AI” award for game-changing uses of applied intelligence. The winner scores an invite to XTC’s flagship AI conference in California this November 2026.
