DigiKey has announced the official opening of DigiKey Electronics & Automation Trading Private Limited, an Indian subsidiary that will operate a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bengaluru. By utilizing the experience of approximately 300 DigiKey India employees to assist with its global operations, this is said to foster DigiKey’s long-term commitment to the Indian market.
An important turning point in the company’s global expansion strategy has been reached with the introduction of DigiKey India. The recently formed DigiKey GCC will act as a center for innovation and cooperation, indicating future increases in hiring and capability expansion.
