In order to establish Emerson’s NI Semiconductor Test System (STS) as the preferred platform throughout Kaynes’ growing semiconductor test facilities, Emerson and Kaynes Semicon, a division of Kaynes Technology, established a strategic agreement.

Through the partnership, Kaynes’ analog, mixed-signal, RF, power, and MEMS devices will all have standardized test infrastructure, which will speed up manufacturing, guarantee test flexibility, and shorten time-to-market. Kaynes Semicon’s goal of being a reliable Test-as-a-Service partner for the semiconductor industry is in line with this strategic choice.
The NI STS is a PXI-based test solution offering compact form factor, reconfigurable architecture and software integration through LabVIEW™ and TestStand™ enabling reuse of instruments and multi-site execution. This helps manufacturers like Kaynes to reduce equipment redundancy, streamline workflows and respond quickly to changing test requirements.
