Elemaster S.p.A Tecnologie Elettroniche (“Elemaster”) and Syrma SGS Technology have signed a Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”). The joint venture will create a specialized platform in India to cater to high-reliability customers in the railway, industrial, and medical electronics sectors.
It will be run by Syrma SGS Design and Manufacturing Private Limited, which will be rebranded as “Syrma SGS Elemaster Private Limited.”
The facility, which will have an initial size of about 20,000 square feet and be set up for SMT, THT, and box-build assembly lines, will be situated in Bengaluru’s Bommasandra Industrial Area.
The joint venture combines Syrma’s scaled and cost-efficient execution with Elemaster’s deep design expertise and long-standing trust with European OEMs.
By consolidating efforts in India, the JV will unlock margin-accretive opportunities, increase share-of-wallet with global accounts, and further embed “Make in India” solutions into critical, high-growth end-markets.
