ST distribution award for Top Sales & Customer Excellence Recognition has extended to Anglia Components. The award citation highlighted Anglia’s steadfast strategy and the solid rapport between the ST and Anglia teams, which guarantee consistently high service standards for both largest and smallest customers.
Anglia has concentrated on its logistical operations in addition to its customer finding efforts, which helped it win the ST award. The Anglia Live e-commerce platform is the most notable example of this.
This was expanded to include the EU 18 months ago after successfully serving the UK and Ireland market for more than a decade. For European customers, Anglia Live provides a one- or two-day delivery service. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) parts are dispatched from Anglia’s UK distribution center via FedEx’s Paris hub.
Along with ex-stock availability for a large inventory of semiconductor, passive, and electromechanical devices, competitive pricing is provided in a number of currencies.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday up to 17:00 CET and Friday up to 12:30 CET are shipped that same day affirmed by its official release.
There is no minimum order value, and delivery is free for orders over €50/$60. Recently, the company also introduced a loyalty scheme which offers 90-day terms and rewards worth up to £2,500.
