Skyworks Solutions has announced that Mark Dentinger has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer, beginning June 2, 2025. Mr. Dentinger succeeds Kris Sennesael, who will step down as chief financial officer on May 9, 2025, to pursue a new opportunity.
Mark Dentinger is appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Todd Lepinski is appointed Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Skyworks Solutions also announced Todd Lepinski’s appointment as senior vice president, sales and marketing, beginning June 2, 2025. Mr. Lepinski succeeds Carlos Bori, who will stay with the company as an advisor for several months to enable a smooth transition.
Dentinger has approximately 20 years of CFO expertise, overseeing financial strategy and operations for high-profile technology businesses. He most recently served as Veritas’ CFO, where he oversaw the company’s global finance operations.
Prior to joining Veritas, he was CFO at InvenSense from September 2014 to May 2017, KLA-Tencor from September 2008 to August 2013, and BEA Systems, Inc. from February 2005 to April 2008. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Mary’s College in California.
Lepinski is an experienced sales and marketing leader who has led worldwide revenue development and built high-performing teams in the semiconductor industry. He was most recently the SVP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Synaptics. Lepinski worked as ARM’s VP of Sales from April 2016 until June 2021 before joining Synaptics.
Prior to joining ARM, he worked in sales management for Broadcom in the United States and Europe from 2004 to 2016. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, and communication engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
