HCLTech and Transport for NSW, the transport and roads agency of the New South Wales Government, have expanded their long-standing collaboration to provide clients with top-notch transportation services and experiences.
HCLTech will provide end-to-end managed services for operational and business-critical platforms, apps, and cloud operations with embedded security services under a new five-year contract.
Major enhancement services, AI and automation-driven innovation, and ongoing improvement will also be a part of this. A platform for onboarding transport apps, services, and business domains that is prepared for the future will be made available via this agreement.
HCLTech will concentrate on developing a robust, reliable, secure application and platform landscape in order to scale and futureproof Transport for NSW’s technology.

The engagement will see HCLTech manage over 260 applications on behalf of Transport,” said Sonia Eland, Executive President and Country Manager of Australia and New Zealand, HCLTech.
