OMNIVISION, NVIDIA Humanoid Robotic Innovation at VISION 2024

The integrated solution will be shown for the first time this week at the VISION 2024 exhibition, which is being held from October 8–10, 2024, at Messe Stuttgart in Germany in the OMNIVISION booth (Hall 10, Booth 10G82). 

With optimized libraries for data processing, AI, and core microservices to run streaming, image, and other applications, NVIDIA Holoscan is a full-stack AI sensor processing platform for low-latency sensor and network communication.

This platform may be used for embedded, edge, or cloud applications. It can be used to create streaming AI pipelines for a range of applications, such as industrial inspection, medical devices, and edge high-performance computing.

A platform for robotics and embedded edge AI applications is NVIDIA Jetson. With the help of the NVIDIA JetPack software development kit for quicker software development and NVIDIA application frameworks like NVIDIA Holoscan, NVIDIA Metropolis, and NVIDIA Isaac for quicker time to market, it provides high-performance computing in a small package.

OMNIVISION’s cutting-edge 3 x 3-micron OmniPixel®3-GS pixel technology powers the high-performance 2-megapixel (MP) OG02B10 GS sensor.

This approach significantly increases low-light sensitivity while removing blurring and motion artifacts. Up to four camera modules with 140 dB high dynamic range (HDR) can be processed by OMNIVISION’s OAX4000 companion ISP, which reduces design complexity and space requirements while enhancing overall reliability.
