Lucid Motors has revealed that it will use Everspin Technologies’ PERSYST MRAM in its newly launched Gravity SUV. The 256Kb serial MRAM, MR25H256A, met the AEC Q100 Grade 1 specification for -40C to 125C temperature operation. The MRAM helps the all-electric drivetrain in the Gravity SUV run more smoothly by managing data logging and parameter storage.
The best-performing persistent memory on the market is claimed to be the PERSYST line of MRAMs from Everspin. Customers can use MRAM with the assurance that product performance won’t deteriorate over time because of its nearly limitless write endurance.
