TVS Supply Chain Solutions(TVS SCS) declared that it has reached a significant milestone by delivering 500,000 Complete Knock-Down (CKD) kits to its client, TVS Motor Company. This was accomplished at the Hosur-based specialized TVS SCS warehouse. The company’s 1,50,000 square foot, state-of-the-art warehouse guarantees flawless shipments and eliminates mismatched parts.
TVS SCS offers comprehensive value-added services, including production planning, quality control, inbound material operations, kitting, reverse logistics, export, and more, at its Hosur location. After reaching its first milestone of 100,000 CKD kits in July 2022, the fully automated plant showed a steady record of adding one lakh kits to the milestone every five months.

About TVS SCS Hosur Factory
At the moment, the Hosur factory employs about 220 people in a variety of production divisions. This includes thirty female workers who work on the CKD kits’ primary, secondary, and binning processes, among other tasks.
