ROHM Launches SiC Inverter Reference Designs to 300kW

THE VOLT VOTES

ROHM just released three handy reference designs for three-phase inverter circuits “REF68005“, “REF68006“, and “REF68004” now live on their website. These pair perfectly with their EcoSiCâ„¢ SiC molded modules in “HSDIP20“, “DOT-247“, and “TRCDRIVE packâ„¢ packages, giving designers ready-to-use drive circuit board data.

ROHM SiC Inverter Reference Designs Up to 300kW The Volt Post

Pair them with ROHM’s SiC modules, and you can slash evaluation time while tackling high-power setups up to 300kW class for automotive and industrial gear. SiC brings efficiency and reliability, but thermal and peripheral design can be a grind these refs make it way easier.
