Vena Global Group declared the establishment of Vena Nexus Group, which will pivotally focusing to develop AI-ready data center infrastructure (or “AI-DC”). Vena Group’s renewable energy division, Vena Energy, has moved all associated operations, staff, and the research pipeline for AI-DC solutions to Vena Nexus as part of this endeavor.
This action underscores Vena Group’s goal to provide distributed edge facilities co-located with its renewable energy sites, as well as hyperscale-grade data center complexes fully integrated with large-scale renewable power projects.
Over 1 GW of AI-DC projects with secured power, land, and permits are among the roughly 3 GW of data center developments that Vena Nexus inherits from Vena Energy.
