New Vena Nexus To Built Next-Gen Green Digital Infrastructure, AI-DC

Vena Global Group declared the establishment of Vena Nexus Group, which will pivotally focusing to develop AI-ready data center infrastructure (or “AI-DC”). Vena Group’s renewable energy division, Vena Energy, has moved all associated operations, staff, and the research pipeline for AI-DC solutions to Vena Nexus as part of this endeavor.Vena Nexus from Vena Energy takes 1 GW of AI-DC projects the volt post 1

This action underscores Vena Group’s goal to provide distributed edge facilities co-located with its renewable energy sites, as well as hyperscale-grade data center complexes fully integrated with large-scale renewable power projects.

Over 1 GW of AI-DC projects with secured power, land, and permits are among the roughly 3 GW of data center developments that Vena Nexus inherits from Vena Energy.

A group of 60 experts in data center development, digital infrastructure, commercial strategy, and investment support the business. It also makes use of the larger corporate platform of Vena Group, which includes over 300 experts in legal, finance, ESG, procurement, and other corporate responsibilities, as well as close to 700 professionals in development, construction, and operations.

Vena Nexus is in a unique position to provide scalable data center capacity in markets with high barriers to entry and limited power due to its tight collaboration with Vena Energy on integrated digital and power solutions.

With continued growth into Thailand, South Korea, Australia, and other current Vena Group markets in the Asia Pacific area, its present footprint consists of Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

Large-scale AI-DC campuses and distributed edge facilities are developed by Vena Nexus with the goal of supporting both traditional demand and workloads related to AI training and inference, real-time data processing, and low-latency computation. This allows them to deliver performance where it is most needed.

The need for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly data centers, which are necessary for both conventional workloads and AI computation, is growing at a never-before-seen rate. Through the development, construction, and operation of next-generation green digital infrastructure throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Vena Nexus is well-positioned to play a significant part in this change.

Leadership Comments

“With traditional workloads continuing to grow and AI demand for power-secure infrastructure accelerating across APAC, Vena Nexus represents the natural extension of our platform into high-performance, AI-ready digital infrastructure,” said Nitin Apte, CEO of Vena Group. “The establishment of Vena Nexus enables sharper execution, focused capital deployment, and dedicated partnerships, while maintaining strong integration with Vena Energy as the power enabler behind our digital growth.”Vena Nexus from Vena Energy takes 1 GW of AI-DC projects the volt post 1

“Vena Nexus is purpose-built to deliver next-generation green digital infrastructure, where compute and renewable power are co-designed from the ground up,” said Simone Grasso, Chief Investment Officer of Vena Group and Global Head of Vena Nexus. “We are focused on integrating high-performance data centre infrastructure with grid-ready energy solutions, enabling our clients to scale AI workloads in markets where capacity and sustainability are increasingly difficult to secure. This platform allows us to move with speed and clarity across development, engineering, and commercial engagement, while anchoring our strategy in long-term infrastructure value.”
